Heineken® UCL Live

In the age of COVID and social distancing, Heineken® needed to find a way of bringing fans of the UEFA Champions League together, while remaining apart.

We realised that nowadays, fans not only love watching the beautiful game, but they enjoy engaging in the banter and analysis around it too.

So, for the 2021 season of the UCL, we came up with a second-screen commentary experience on Twitter that allowed consumers to engage with their friends, international football legends and local celebrities during UCL game nights.
